Pretee Construction Co, has provided comprehensive preconstruction services to clients since 1989. We learned early on that problem-free construction projects begin with a thorough preconstruction effort from a combination of sources–Pretee's construction inhouse team, estimating staff, project architect, and any major subconsultants, all in close communication with the owner.
